I...holy SHIT. This was INCREDIBLE. How did you *think* of this? What an amazing chapter! I deliberately waited until I had time to read it carefully, and it was 100% worth the wait. I absolutely love Noah and Joe revealing their pasts--if there was ever an example of the perfect balance of "showing and telling," you found it in the brief but succinct story that Joe tells about his father. We don't need a single word more to learn what happened to his mother. And Joe showing that he was truly the bigger person by not seeking revenge, despite having all the magic in the world at his disposal...THAT'S how you write a balanced character. (Similarly, I love how all three men instantly reject Brian's "alpha pheromones" wish as stupid and self-indulgent--it again helps to show Brian as an aberration in the new and balanced world you're creating). You also do a brilliant job at depicting reality changes--everyone's memories, and the world's policies, sliding into place in the new "Nerd cock as needed for jocks" version of the universe. I especially love the new take on Cinderella with jocks and nerds seeking each other's "perfect fit" out through sex, and how nerd/jock hybrids get to feel both desires at once! And I love the idea of preventing sexual assaulters, too. If I have one complaint about this chapter, it's the form that prevention takes--the idea of bottoming and submission as a "punishment" raised my hackles slightly. But you do such an amazing job outlining the difference between submission and mutual pleasure, of what it means to bottom for joy while having an equal power balance versus being forced into it like Brian does, that it's understandable. And then, good LORD, the Void. A brief but brilliant recap of the Spanish Inquisition, false Christians converting and torturing innocents in the name of God, and the *perfect* symbol of the bastardization of Islamic history--a white Christian stealing something from Islamic culture, modifying it for evil purposes, and using it to literally enslave a descendant of that culture...I mean, in all seriousness, how do you DO that? In just one short section you've given Javi an entire backstory while never sacrificing plot, forward motion, or the other characterizations (Tyler's transformation of himself into the knight of Javi's dreams and sacred vow to save the day was the perfect fairy-tale ending). I say this with all the seriousness I can muster, Naedre: you are truly a gifted writer. You've done something incredible here, and we're all so lucky to get the chance to read your work. From the bottom of my heart...thank you. :)

Hey, just a heads up that I had to reorganize the series designations a little bit, since it was causing glitches on the backend to have numerous 'chapter ones' in a single series (aka, the Gay Fairy Tales series). I hope this is alright on your end. Please let me know if not!

Replied to a few other comments, but wanted to mention that I loved the idea of you doing a dronification/petplay story at some point! You had mentioned one guy on the app being into that and think your amazing writing style would make for a fun read. Btw, I did have thoughts on how you might conclude that "magic textbook" story, was always sad that Sam and the Thor-esque jock who loved him never got around to their happy ending. But maybe you've moved too far on from that one

I thoroughly regret not reading this series sooner. Your world building remains top tier, the humor is just silly enough to keep things sexy, and I have to say I’m very very excited to see where Diego’s genius takes him next!!

@[tumnus](/user/show/917823) I appreciate this comment so much! The general lack of response to this series has bummed me out, but even a few readers mentioning that they like it gives me enthusiasm to continue.

@[tumnus](/user/show/917823) Agreed! The first chapter I struggled to understand a bit, but going over it again I'm glad I gave it another try!

I meant to comment on this last week when it was posted, but this really is one of my favorite ongoing stories on the site. Plus there's something funny about how, in _this_ chapter, Diego's AI assistant just flat-out concludes that the best way to minmax Diego's orgasms is "right, from now on, you can orgasm endlessly from your BUTT, and with MEN! Gay sex is where it's at, facts don't care about your feelings _honk honk_." Though honestly my favorite part is the way the humor keeps unfolding into surprisingly detailed worldbuilding — and also, how you keep adding another potential boyfriend every chapter, so that Diego's roster of guys who want to fuck him (or maybe date him) just keeps expanding. It's almost like a running joke at this point, but also really fun to watch? It's like seeing a master juggler go "and now, check _this_ out!" as he keeps adding more and more colored balls to his juggling routine without dropping a single one. I rate this five _chef's kiss_ emojis. It's fantastic.

@Nutiper Agreed! Finally getting around to this series and love the premise! Glad to see a new chapter out and to know the author is still adding new chapters!

I can't find the words... I enjoyed the wishes this chapter, the changes to the world, the unique justice... Then, the void... I have no words, but... Hauntingly beautiful, comes to mind... sad and heartbreaking, painful... that left me sobbing. Can't wait for more!

Fantastic!

I don't get how you keep topping yourself like this. Must be a jock and a nerd ;) seriously though... I'm so impressed. And turned on. Congrats and thank you.

I don’t understand the dichotomy between our heroes thoughts of “So far the things he’d done would only affect them at home, but if he’d lost Chris’ girlfriend, that’d be going too far into ruining somebody’s life, somebody good to him at that.” And One of Charlie’s friends finally arrived, took one look at Mason, and went in for the kill. Mason did everything he could not to make eye contact, but the boy was persistent. He walked up, whispered something in Mason’s ear that seemed to make the man want to throw up, then smiled bashfully. Mason angrily, against his own will, led the boy up to his room to ‘talk some more“ followed by “ Mason stumbled down the stairs with a freshly fucked look on his face, along with a lot of resentment. His costume was a little messy, and his wig was askew, but he was otherwise no worse for wear; unless you counted the hickies on his chest. His little friend followed behind him, satisfied and smiling.” and “Mason’s friend slipped him a paper presumably bearing his phone number before disappearing into the crowd. Mason looked at it angrily before crumpling it up.” I understand that charlie is in love with Chris and not Mason but the author has mostly tried to portray charlie as not destroying the lives of his family. Somehow I find having Mason get raped by strangers to be pretty life and mind destroying. This is especially true as the way Charlie does it through Grindr and face to face meetings pretty much assures that this will make it well beyond the house. Tom

@[Thomas White](/user/show/10051527) I do think that's a good point, but I guess the point I was trying to get across was that Charlie felt some degree of remorse for wrecking things for Chris when Chris was only ever nice to him. Mason, who canonically made his life hell, is not entitled to that same sympathy at least from Charlie. Aside from that, being forced to do sexual things with your brothers would make you pretty fucked up in the head even if it wasn't public, so I think Charlie's reasoning is flawed on a number of levels. Charlie is a morally confused character. All of his actions thus far have been bad, including his actions to Chris. If you're thinking that his thought process doesn't make sense, that's because it really doesn't.
