A great final chapter, and a wonderful tribute to your friend Jack. You can feel the care you have both for the story and him in every line. You write these characters very well, and the dialogue felt perfect, really capturing each person. I'm sure your friend would be proud of it too.

Hey there! Thank you for taking the time to write this. I do appreciate and completely understand what you're saying. In fact, pretty much everthing you say is correct...but not for the reasons you're thinking. First, thank you for firstly enjoying my work and, secondly, being bothered enough to let me know that the images take something away for you. However...haha. ok, so please bear in mind that this series is commissioned. The commissioner specifically requests I include images...and therefore, i do! Not all my stories have images but if someone wants them I'm happy to oblige. You are also correct in that sometimes the descriptions are less detailed. This is not because i am using the images as a crutch or overly relying on them - it's a simple matter of word count. My stories tend to be particularly character-heavy, that's how i prefer to write. I simply do not have space to describe every single transformation in detail; i already went over by several thousand words here. In this way, the images can take up some of the slack for me. It is also a matter of pacing. The idea is that the original transformation is more longwinded and then as things progress the pace quickens. You did notice this, and it was purposeful, not laziness. I guess the idea just didn't translate well...more improvement needed. I did write a story with no images where i describe every single TF in huge detail. It ended up at almost 30k words...thats just not doable every time. I never uploaded it here but it can be found on Furaffinity where I upload all of my stories minus images. You can download them from there without those pesky image links. Or, of course, not click the link at all. I totally get what you're saying, and it concerns me that the images ruin the story for you. I have had other comments from people who have said the images helped them to visualise...it's a personal thing. I will still include images in some of my stories. I enjoy creating them and enjoy using them. As for the quality...that's not anything i have control over but i do try to use half decent ones.
