Darn! This is a great story, but maybe 10 subjects was 7 too many…

@Anonymous Haha fair point! 😅 I might’ve gotten carried away with the number, but I wanted to show off a whole pack. Thanks for reading—I’m glad you still enjoyed it!

Very well done. I love this premise and greatly look forward to the next installment of this Alexo series. Maybe you can really kick it up a notch with the sex and fetish kinks like in some of your other stories. I could totally see a nerdy twink boyfriend buying the device and then asking for his closeted jock college boyfriend to finally come out and just enjoy being his true self even in the most public of places. Alexo then does it's thing opening his mind and body up to all kinds of exhibition sex and slut activities. So in the end he craves it all like fisting, watersports, orgies and much much more. Just one fun idea. 😉

@[Ragnarok](/user/show/14073) Thanks so much, Ragnarok! I’m really glad you’re enjoying the Alexo series—it’s been a blast to write. Love your idea too… sounds like Alexo would definitely have fun with a setup like that 😏 Who knows what he’ll get up to next! 🔥💡

Weird! Very rushed, and uneven with the dialogue and prose but wow, I got emotional reading that? I got the sense that there was some serious subtext here, that this came from something you were working out by writing this, which is why it climaxed before the, well, climax of the story. I'm still a little teary eyed thinking about this one, despite the rough quality and fast pace. I don't think it's even good wanking material, but uh I will be thinking about this one for a long time to come. That's the halmark of good art, right? That it provokes a response in the observer? 🫡

Why is murder hot exactly? And please no bull about "he's not dead", yeah, he is. I find this trend in the last year or so of stories on here where someone is completely erased (and therefore is dead whether the body is still alive or not) really disturbing. I know very well that these are fantasies - I've been reading this site and finding many stories hot for many years, but this particular trope is becoming quite normalized, this writer and many others are quite good writers, isn't there another story concept that you can use other than flat out "erasing" a character's existence? These characters representing human beings would, even within the boundries of the fictional universes being created, have parents, siblings, friends and others who would miss them, not to mention the legal issues that would ensue. I know, it's fiction. It is also SNUFF FICTION. The character represented no longer exists, and the "hero" has murdered them for little reason other than resentment, or hornyness or whatever poor excuse. I think most of these writers are better than that, and I think that if a character has their personality completely erased permanently that the fiction should be labeled "snuff". That way, if someone doesn't want to get partway through a story only to discover its another murder tale, they can know to move on to the next one, and leave it to those who are turned on by it - it's become so prevalent here that I guess there must be lots of guys who find murdering someone hot. And that's concerning.

@[versmetropig](/user/show/924209) I am genuinely sorry that this story disturbed you. I appreciate anyone who is willing to take the time to give one of my stories a chance and feel awful that my writing misled you - that was not my intention. I have requested a Content Warning be added to the summary which explicitly states that the story involves Identity Death. When I was writing the story, I wasn't envisioning the protagonist of the story as a hero - he made a rash and selfish decision, and I wasn't trying to condone his choices. I don't want to tarnish the experience of this site for others and have taken your criticism to heart. Would an edit to make the transformation only temporary alleviate some of your concerns?

@[versmetropig](/user/show/924209) I agree in theory that erasing a person's individuality and personality is basically the same as killing that person. I also totally get why you're disturbed by that. However, this trope is by no means new and "dronification" has always fascinated people. There are stories about this way back to the beginning of the site. I don't think there are significantly more stories using that idea recently. I personally find dronification stories hot, and I can't even tell you why. I prefer it if the drones retain some self-awareness or come even back to their own self later, but I guess why this process is turning on so many people. Human kinks are not rational. So these stories are fine on the site and they don't need an extra disclaimer. If you're disturbed by them, I'd recomment avoiding stories with the tag "drone" or "dronification", as they usually contain the erasure of a person's mind.

@[Dante2045](/user/show/10050249) I hope you chose to continue the story. I've been interested to see where it goes and I think that the top comment is way too harsh of a critique. A simple request for an Identity death tag or so would have gotten the point across.
