This morning, I woke up with this story percolating in my thoughts. I'm not sure if there will be another chapter. It's possible. There were two things that attracted me. The first was despite the stranger feeling confident about what was happening, everything about the situation got flipped until it was he that was out of control. And the second thing is that there are two paths this story can go. We can be with the stranger/drone in his quest to spread the invaders throughout mankind ... or we can align ourselves with this mysterious group of men and their unknown plan for the invading organism. In the past, I've had stories that have explored both areas. But who would you choose to be with? Would you pledge your loyalty to the stranger or to the group?

@[rubbrsome](/user/show/13662) Sounds like you have the basis for a branching story

@[Nocturne13](/user/show/263497) When I wrote it, I liked the idea of giving the reader multiple options to focus on. But I never really intended to branch the story out, or wasn't even sure if there would be follow-up chapters. But I have been toying with ideas. Like the first chapter, I want to be a little different. I don't want to do what's exactly obvious. But at the same time, we read these stories because we enjoy certain kinks. So I'm trying to deliver on both.

Omg this is brilliant. You should be really proud of yourself!!

@The Author (name hidden due to challenge) Do you think you'll be inspired to write more chapters?

7/24/23, 12:54 PM
@[James Heller](/user/show/907806) We'll see. I've got another story I need to get back to now that I've got time to write again, but I might do little stories here and there whenever writer's block hits on that. After that one is finished, maybe this will be my next big project? I can't say anything for certain right now, but I do have ideas I'll probably get around to eventually.

I love that we experienced the story from what feels like mainly the perspective of the stranger. The ambiguous nature of his appearance really helps with identifying with him, and I personally love the feeling of being the assimilator. And you’ve given us the rare gift of a drone with awareness, which allows us to feel the power that comes with being a drone that can ready his load at any time, and try to figure out the best course of action. I love that the main conflict of the story is the disruption of the assimilation process, and I hope we can follow the stranger as he tries to unravel the mystery and fulfill his mission of world domination.

@[pwr0n](/user/show/2637035) I really loved the disruption of the process as well. Everything inside me wanted to see the process completed. So it was difficult to stop it, and more than that ... because Marcus was protected by the anal sheathe, he was never undergoing the process at all. So it was a bit fun to pull the rug out from the entire scenario.

Very interesting departure from the usual narrative. And I love the ambiguity at the end when we're not sure to what extent Marcus actually has become infected. If you do choose to continue the story, Marcus's divided loyalties (and perhaps slow mental transformation) could make for a great source of narrative tension.

@[Hypnothrill](/user/show/37386) You've nailed it on the head. So it feels that your interests are more with Marcus?

@[rubbrsome](/user/show/13662) Yes, although I think you could still do a lot with the drone they captured in this chapter. Maybe the scientists find some way to "deactivate" the drone, but Marcus ends up growing fascinated with him and, acting on compulsion/programming, ends up reactivating him. Then the two of them find a way to infiltrate and infect the rest of the base. But that's just where I would go with this premise!

@[rubbrsome](/user/show/13662) If I may chime in: Yes definitely. I want to know what happens with Marcus. Maybe he struggles with the infection. There is so much potential there!

@[Martin](/user/show/125990) I agree. The potential is definitely there. And I think I'm going to continue it. But I have to carefully think about whose story do I want to follow. Or perhaps I'll follow several threads. Just trying to think it through.

One of the HOTTEST stories. Your writing and flow is so well done

An excellent addition to this series. A whole house! A little romance, sort of. I'm glad they can be together in some way at least. The idea of the whole house eventually being filled with cockstench and the perversions of the usual frat bro games. Teasing their buddy, keeping him on edge (probably). Railing brothers on a table. Turning a drinking game into cum guzzling. All such hot twists of the norm as the goonstench corrupts and warps each of the brothers' minds.

I too VERY MUCH enjoyed not just the hot sex, but more importantly, the character development. You're taking me to a journey and I am enjoying the ride getting to know Sammy -- I've read his (abused) background, his tenderness (with Pete), his humbleness and generosity (with Toby) and now more layers to his personality are getting unpacked. You suck (pun intended) your readers (particularly this one) into this world and it is a joy to be taken in this journey. I can't wait for the next chapter.

@Anonymous Thanks anon, it’s fun showing how all the real Sammy.

This was really hot to read. I love seeing superhero get turned into villains. Hope you write more chapters.

@[Redcoma100](/user/show/41857) I mean, were they really superheros? Or are they supervillains turned hero? This will be the only chapter in the challenge, but I am open to writing more on this if time and inspiration let me.

This was fantastic!!! The concept of this story is really good. I kinda wish this was written in multiple parts so that you could go more in-depth with each Ranger's downfall. I hope I come across the Pride Rangers some day!

@[Jockboy Joe](/user/show/910088) If I'd found the image that inspired this earlier I might have done multiple chapters, but as it is I was racing to barely get this one done in time. There is plenty of room for me to come back to this with further installments, so we'll see what I might come up with later on.
