I know that you're still in MAINE, but I'm JUST NOW getting to reply to this message from 3 days ago...my apologies!:exploding_head: It's funny that you are SF-born, cuz U really give off a Brit (or Brit-adjacent...LOVE THAT...LMAO!) vibeology!:monocle_face: THANK YOU 4 "your brief, but effective lesson in West Coast/SF LGBTQIA+ politics"....the closest I ever got to being "somewhat political" was working for the Gay & Lesbian Task Force in the Miami office (for 2 years/about 12 years ago)...otherwise, I am advocate 4 our community, but do my BEST to be "too vocal" (or at all) on social media (for obvious reasons):zipper_mouth_face: I'm midwestern-born (Ohio) & am taking care of my Dad (who is 89, still living in my childhood home, suffering from vascular dementia + other Alzheimer's related issues)-- in fact, I was there 3 times w/in the last 6 months to hire NEW in-home care workers, which has taken A LOT out of me this year....I've been back for little over a month, and "creative soul that I am" (as I pursued my heart's passion, working in the music biz for MANY years, successfully in LA/NYC/Miami), AND, believe it or not, after watching the Batman vs. Superman movie/Dawn Of Justice, I was inspired to write THIS story...I kid you not...it's the absolute TRUTH...it's been like THERAPY for me to get "my head/my heart back on track" after dealing with ALL the various challenges with my Dad...but THANK GOD, he's been assessed & is taking the proper medication & his in-home care guys are AWESOME!:pray: I promise U will get your FILL of "Batsy bitchin" when U are back @homebase & in a headspace to get back to LEXDOME!!:smiling_imp: SAFE TRAVELS!!:innocent:

But, I must state I think there's been too, too much attention on transgender issues, which have wrought harm with-in & with-out the greater LGBTQ community. Don't take that wrong. It's just with issues like trans demanding public & private facilities be for whomever decides where they need to relieve themselves (especially in all schools). Or *Demanding that the government (*i.e. the US taxpayers*) pay for their surgeries, etc. Then there's the Drag Queen issues in schools, the beyond radical agenda of so-called sex ed starting with kindergarten children and inundating the greater overall society with more and more 'labels." Binary v Non-bianary, Pansexual, etc, etc. So-called attacks on average folk not being 'allowed' to say he/she/, hers/his, boy/girl, female/male, man/woman, etc, because that's against the radical left's demands; unless you're trans, then you MUST adhere to calling them their chosen nouns/pronouns. There's just too much ludicrous stupidity coming out of the faaaarrrrr left nutters demands & wannabe authority. I'm liberal but damnit, I'm a logical, thinking, realistic man who lives and breathes truth and hope. And I'm not sorry to state: there are so many of our brethren in the LGBTQ naive enough to think that Democrats aren't bigoted against us? Two-face hypocrites aren't just in the Republican party. I can't believe that I missed this response from you on the 1st....MY BAD!:upside_down_face: You're right ....TIME has been FLYING...and I KNOW you've been busy....but I continue 2 write kink OUT of my URANUS here...LMAO!!:stopwatch: THANK YOU 4 the things you said about my DAD...the last 6-8 months have been SO challenging (to say the LEAST!), sometimes overwhelming at times! :calendar: (seemingly at times like a tidal wave was gonna take me out to sea) :ocean: I'm continuing to do my BEST to honor his wishes & keep him at home, but like I said, it HAS NOT been easy (the pressure has felt like I'm in a vice)!:clamp: I'm just now feeling like I'm "getting back to myself" OR "gettin my groove back" (as Stella said a few years back)!!!:hotsprings: Writing this story has been "such a HUGE release" for me...and it's helped me reignite my creativity!:chart_with_upwards_trend: And receiving your continued positive comments & being able 2 chat/communicate with you has been REJUVENATING!!:sparkler: My music career, wow...too much to cover...but it was the achievement that I'm the MOST proud of in my entire life-- AND...it was something that really taught me to FIGHT & overcome the adversity of "family pressure" & my dominating Mom (God Rest her Soul:innocent:) to chase/pursue my Life's dreams...AND I DID IT!!!:boom: I worked with some of the GREATS...really....MJ, GE, J.LO, CD, DS, LV, S (these artists were ALL on the same label that I worked for...ALL amazing/challenging)... I was also able 2 break the "glass ceiling" (so 2 speak) as one of the first openly gay music execs, as well as getting the label to realize & acknowledge that "targeting/marketing to/for the LGBTQ+ community" was a powerful thing that could sell MORE records/units/cds....! also signed, marketed, remixed & promoted gay/gay-friendly music (& dance remixes) to the community (which was LOADS of FUN!)!! THANK YOU 4 your political passions (& your SOAPBOX:loudspeaker:)!! My political views are really LIMITED to my 2 years working for the Gay & Lesbian Task Force in the early 2010's! NO ROTTEN TOMATOES 4 U:tomato:.... BUT.... I HOPE that you can catchup with SUPALEX, SUPASLAVE, the BATBITCH & the continuing kinked-UP storyline....:smiling_imp: I MISS not receiving your astute comments/feedback!!
