I keep coming back to your work- you’re my favorite writer on the site, and I read all your stories, some of them many times. Absolute brainworms. Novel ideas with great execution. Please keep doing what you do!

I've read it! And I liked it. It's a very heartwarming and fun story, really. I had hoped Colin's transformation would have been a bit more dramatic, but I guess that was just not your point. Now what is it about Colin's name? I didn't get the hint you gave me before reading that story...

@[Martin](/user/show/125990) Glad you liked it. The names are references to wolves. Each means "wolf" in a specific language. Zev comes from Zeev and is hebrew, Valko is bulgarian and Ulric is old english and means "wolf ruler". Colin comes from the scottish gaelic Cailean which means "whelp, young dog". It's very obscure, I didn't expect anyone to get these.

@[Cockatrice](/user/show/620105) Wow, ok, I'd never have recognized THAT subtle detail. It's really nice. And a shame that you don't refer to it in any way... Thanks for disclosing this to us! Did you explicitly research those names or are you some kind of language expert? I've noticed that your English is practically flawless, which is amazing for someone living in Germany...

@[Martin](/user/show/125990) No, haha, I research it on behindthename.com. I just like giving characters names with meaning, so I look up possible names for some stories, though not all.
