What happened to the women? Are they gay or obsessed with gay guys? Both? Great story!

Thanks @RainbowMika91! I think the women are all getting seriously comfortable with gay people in their community and probably getting really into gay culture. The subliminal messages affect them as intended — it’s the men who got something extra. There are still straight men in town, but any guy who was even a little bit gay is open to exploring his sexuality now.

Just found this story and is probably the best I've read. Wondering if the dungeon is the punishment for revealing the game or Lucas might have been a player all along, also his casual comment of being bisexual sure gives hope for some sort of happy ending as long as nobody goes berserk (my money is on the teacher). Anyways waiting excitedly for whenever you post another part!

Had to stop halfway through at the moment he ditched Mike.. that point just killed any arousal for me that the rest of the story could cause. Cause I could relate a bit too well with Mike who seemed like a genuine good guy, trying his best to somehow fix the relationship while not understanding why its breaking apart. It made me dislike the son and step-dad too much to really enjoy the rest of it.

I definitely enjoyed it. For me, it read more based out of the ranger shows than the sentai shows. The sentai shows I've seen really do have complex plots where there are risks and conflicts, betrayals, and serious plot development; the Power Ranges reduced most of that down to the very formulaic aspects for the American audience and to make money. Also, the Power Rangers bring all the sentai shows together under one heading and subdivide as they see fit; the sentai shows themselves only last a year and do as much as they can to work out a storyline in that time frame. There are storylines in the sentai shows that definitely fit into this (the whole turning people into vampires only to have them walk into the sun and burn storyline in Magirangers has been a big pet peeve of mine) and those I read into this, but I think more of the Power Ranger storylines came to mind when I read this.

@New Guy in Town Yeah, I know what you mean. It's more directly a parody of rangers rather than the sentai they are based on. Even the younger teams of sentai, like Megaranger, have much more adult themes. That said they still provide the core of the more silly tropes that make the western version so endearing.
