Is that what happened to me?

@Good boy hmm, are you fucking your roommate on command? When your roommate says "who's a good boy, who's a big strong top?" are you going "woof woof I am!" and then fucking harder? 😉

If a cop trusts you, they make their feelings known

Great start. Really hot already, although I love biceps so I’m not exactly unbiased. Feels like it has lots of opportunity for more sexiness, and it’s a set up that lends itself to changes not being mean. The bit of foreshadowing at the end of chapter 1 when he thinks it’s good that wishes can’t be made that aren’t good for both of them is great. Perfect little tease of things to come. Oh, the introduction of the wishing rock is great too. “It must be from some alternate reality aunt or something.” Makes me think of “it must be some kind of… hot tub time machine.” Basically, here’s the device, do you really care how it got here? No? Ok let’s move onto the hot wishes. I already love this and can’t wait for more.

For what it's worth I like that Felix has a micro! They deserve love and attention and the idea that the jock bully is now servicing the nerd is very cute. Great scene!

This series keep getting better and better. I love that this becoming a journey of sexual self-discovery, and not some Darwinian view of sexuality. There’s both the wonder of opening up your mind and the sheer mysticism of sexual power all wrapped-up in such powerful physicality. Thanks for this well-written journey you’re gifting us!

Thank you! I am so proud of the eroticism I was able to accomplish with this chapter. Blending the physical and the spiritual and trying to make it hot was a challenge I’m glad I took. I’m curious what you mean by a Darwinian view of sexuality—what were you originally expecting, or could you elaborate on the contrast between what I’m doing and the Darwinian thing? @Yunnick

7/29/22, 7:15 AM
@Soren Fitz Hard to explain. Sometimes in some stories you get a sense that sexuality is a curse, like being a bottom is being at the bottom of a pre-ordained, rigid hierarchy in sexual roles, and that there is no fluidity in sex at all. And that’s a worldview I don’t quite like. You’re on the contrary feels to me like a story of discovering and exploring your deep desires in spite of socially-constructed norms, in that wonderful universe you’re creating, and I’m digging this. (I hope this makes sense)

7/29/22, 4:17 PM
@Yunnick It makes perfect sense! You hit the nail on the head, honestly. I love subverting traditional sexual norms through characters who buck them—in this case, Talley faces off against a norm he created himself. It’s also why I use top-to-switch and not top-to-bottom (although I probably should add both for people who read those stories). I hope the last chapter is a satisfying end to Talley’s journey! And if you want another story in this universe you might want to check out The Prince and the Frat Boys.

@Soren Fitz Really looking forward to the the final chapter(s)!

oh wow, i really really enjoyed this

So atmospheric. Great character development. Such excellent building of erotic energy. No notes.

7/29/22, 4:18 PM
@Noam de Pluma I’m really happy with the build-up here. For not being a non-stop sex scene like the last one, I think it still holds the homoeroticism close while making room for a lot of story. And the atmosphere was my favourite thing to pull off here.

Okay, so I have been thinking. Since almost everyone hates Rusty (as we should), I think it would be cool if Dusty will become loveable and heroic (maybe even ending up with Carter). It will show that Rusty had the capability to be loved but in his action he both ruined himself and created the one who would surpass him and "get the guy" instead of him, cementing the realization that if only he would have been nicer or more moral/caring/however you want to call it

@Reader Dusty is literally the same person as Rusty though. Like the only difference they currently have after Rusty upped his stats is that Dusty is subby.

I vote Custom Special Ability. I’m still rooting for Dusty to come out on top, and I’m sure he has some great suggestions for what spells Carter could cast to make the scene hotter (and make sure it’s filmed from a dom/top perspective 😉) This another great chapter, seeing Carter get in to bottoming is very hot. Even if I don’t want him to be stuck as a dumb jock forever, it’s fun for the moment.

@R P Thanks! I wonder if I made Carter too likable by accident... I just wanted to do something other than the classic "homophobe jock gets turned out" but I may have created a monster.

@bluesuedewho Haha! Subby Carter is a lot of fun, but he is so likeable (and Rusty is such a dick) that it feels bad to let Rusty have it all go his way. I think Dusty shows that Rusty has potential to be a more likeable dom, and it’d be fun to see Rusty tricked into some personality changes of his own.

@bluesuedewho I'll tell you what, I think the issue lies in two points: 1. Carter didn't do anything to deserve to be punished; his wishes are completely reasonable and he has been nice and considerate, so being used by rusty (pun intended) feels unfair and we root for him. Also Rusty's a dick 2. I think that dumbing down is a less popular fetish as it seems. If I try to put my finger on it, in my own personal opinion, it's because dumbing down is effecting both the character's personality and their agency. These stakes combining what I said on point 1, makes the protagonist-villain contrast more polarized. Having said all that, I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing. High stakes are suspenseful and even though it is less my thing I can't wait to see what happens next. It only means that people want Carter to come out on top (and safe) and to Rusty paying his price.

@easdf Wow, this ended up way longer than I intended

7/29/22, 12:39 PM
@easdf My problem with #1 is that like, almost no one deserves something like MC to happen them in real life. It would be the worst thing to ever happen to you. When people try to moralize in MC story it is an immediate turn off like "okay dude I get it, you didn't think the moral implications through and thought that one guy being kinda homophobic is on the same level as being stripped of your will and personality. Call me when you can just focus on writing a hot story." Like anyone who would do MC is a dick. Whether a story acknowledges it or not, it is an immutable fact.
