It will be interesting to see where the story goes from here, because the conflicts you set up in the beginning seem mostly to be resolved. Charlie now knows what is happening, and he's apparently made his peace with it. (Although I may be wrong about that, because I have a really hard time getting on Charlie's mental wavelength; some of his reactions seem completely counterintuitive to me). Even though the plotting and building of narrative suspense isn't quite working for me at the moment, I think the world-building is great, and I love the various glimpses we keep getting of this hypersexualized all-male world.
