I like that Marc is developing a conscience and becoming curious about what the other effects of the ring are. However, I'm not sure if I want him to have a happy ending. I guess it would depend on how many more chapters this story will have. If it's wrapping up very soon, I don't think a completely happy ending would feel right. In any case, I'm quite liking the new conflicts with each chapter, and that I don't really know where the story is going. Looking forward to seeing where you take it.

This story has me checking the site more often than usual. Gotta get that next chapter, y'know! And you keep delivering! As for a happy ending for Marc... I'm on the fence. I feel like he needs a taste of his own medicine, but I wouldnt mind if that ended up a good thing for him. Someone has to put a stop to some of the jockfication (boo, I know) going around campus, if nothing else so that there are still some nerds around for Riley's ex-gf to fawn over, that poor thing. ;)

Looking forward to seeing more! Would also love to get a prequel one day to find out how these two got started.

Love how you keep introducing conflict, each chapter has at least one point of tension, this recent "Midas touch" angle being especially interesting to me. So many long running stories on this site end up just becoming whistle stop tours of all the main character's conquests with no conflict or plot at all, and while those can still be hot, it means the writer often loses interest in their own story.

Marc's conversation with Sam really hit me on a personal level. I've been feeling extremely lonely since I've started college, partially because of Covid. There's also a fear of commitment mixed in. It's really nice to see it somewhat represented in a story like this. Good story as always, Derek

I also have to ask if you chose room 227 for a reason. It's probably random, but I'm curious. :)
