Too mean spirited. If there were mutual enjoyment or if the roommate had done something to deserve this but it's opportunistic, at best

Not super familiar with pup play but sounds interesting. Thanks for the comment!

While I don't remember the exact context, I I do recall making the argument that Absman ought to give Rex some narrative resolution: leaving him indefinitely adrift in the multiverse without a reunion with his husband felt sad and incomplete. And this way, Rex's story ends on the final beat of the Hero's Journey: the hero returns home, older and wiser, rewarded with a mate for his troubles and bringing with him a great prize: in this case, himself! I don't remember making the Hero's Journey reference to Absman, but in hindsight I was probably unconsciously connecting dots: Rex went on a journey to strange lands and grew as a person, my subconscious was likely screaming that he needed to make a homecoming to close the circle. I'm just honored that one of my favorite authors actually took an idea of mine and ran with it! Again, you're welcome and thank you, Absman!

What a great ending!!! I was a bit worried about this and how it may affect my version of the story, but I can work with this ending and incorporate it into mine. Welcome home, King Rex; glad you could make it back!!!

Amazing story. Great use of musk as a hypno element. It got me really into the filth, which I did not expect. I would love to be in Charlie's boots!

Thank you! But credit where credit is due -- the end of the story was suggested to me by @paradoxbear ! We were chatting and I mentioned I was ending this story with a cameo from another series (I meant Superion). Pbear automatically assumed I meant Rex himself, laying out reasons why he thought this. I was like, why not? The 4th story was going to give us more of Superion's backstory -- and the "happy ending" was Glenn's return to normal, then the Brothers giving their stash to the Church, where Glenn would become a sort-of "security guard" over the catacombs. Pbear's idea gave me way more to play with, including letting Father John J pray during Superion's sacrifice/ offering (My favorite element.) i just want to be fair. And grateful! Thanks, Paradox!

i reckon that doctor needs taken down a peg or two and Bootboy needs to explore extreme skinhead, now thats he's over his transformation. Boss will need to think fast when the gang confronts him. wow so many storylines to explore, mate!
