Te idea is great, but the destiny of pat's girl-now-boyfriend and roommate, the actual fate of everyone in town, among other things are left hanging. This gives you the opportunity for a sequel, and with the way you conveyed the story, you should totally take it

Absolutely fantastic! You've got me so hard. This was a great way to start my day! If I had a wish, I'd wish for this game to appear on my doorstep. If I had a second wish, it would be for many more stories about this game from you and maybe others, too!

Loved that you put filipino references to this like maria makiling and putting your clothes backwards when your lost. Also weirdly wholesome ending, i loved it.

Thank you guys. It took me more then a year to write it. Part II coming eventually.

Yeah, it's really tricky writing in a regional accent that's not your own. I laid it on pretty thick at the start, because I wanted to give Liam a distinctive voice that showed his social position, as a young man who felt like he didn't fit in to his small town, but still spoke like he came from that small town (unlike Master Jack, who speaks with more of a posh BBC accent). In the later parts of the story, Liam's accent is less pronounced, partly because I didn't want it to get in the way of describing the action. Still, I went back and changed all his "my"s to "me"s in order to keep consistent. And I have no idea who any of the models are; I just downloaded a lot of photos from the LPSG forums and strung a few of them together into a story.

Some great ideas here. It could still use a bit more editing, as lines like "a massive duck hanging from his waist" and "the man's duck had fallen out" made me laugh out loud. And I had trouble buying into the premise that everyone in the town except Pat would see black water coming from the faucet and decide to drink it. But the story had some great Lovecraftian horror moments that really worked for me.
