>...often times ...forces will have special units ...who have special abilities that the enemy’s grunts don’t have. > Or, what if there were a band of Super Soldiers that were already part of the cast? Imagine...

The Variants remind me of how often times, in video games, enemy forces will have special units or mini-bosses who have special abilities that the enemy's grunts don't have. Gives me an idea for a Pollination spin-off that's more erotic action than erotic horror. I second the idea of a Super Variant who combines their powers. A Host like that could be the villain of his own story all on his own! Even if the Variants don't make it to Book III, maybe there are some wild-breed Variants wondering around in the world...

In book 3 let the new Variant symbiote emerge from the flower like an over bloated muscular cabbage patch kid. (my sister would have passed on that doll.) Can the great one manipulate the plant so that one love struck gym bunny after another can get sucked into the bloom. Or more than one bloom per testicular shaped root bulb. I understand the dilemma of the for arts sake. Right now you have us reaching for our cock and not our wallets. One step at a time gentle writer. HAIL GREAT ABSMAN

> This chapter was amazing. Each one some how improves upon the one before. > Thank you! Hopefully because I've been constructing it right! The hardest part about always being three chapters ahead of you guys was I was always, like, "but the payoff is gonna be so worth it -- give it time!" I'm doing that now! As much as I've been waiting for you all to get to this moment, there's more to cum! > My own twisted mind has thought about the three Variants creating a plant baby that’s gigantic bloom could engulf... (someone's) ...entire body. Maybe it wouldn’t create a new great one or greater one but a new hybrid with all three abilities. But that plant wouldn’t work in the amazing garden we are strolling or sashaying through. > No, but that's a seriously good idea for BOOK THREE -- if in fact the Variants make it that far. > and other times during this chapter the thought crossed my mind. “HAIL GREAT ABSMAN!” > Yeah, but would you buy my book? If only I could figure out a way to monetize this stuff... (Rather than the "You do WHAT for ARTSAKE?" I get now.)

Glad to hear Rubbersome is doing well and hopefully his life will calm down soon. I read his work over and over again. This chapter was amazing. Each one some how improves upon the one before. I had a feeling the Sheriff would not be able to maintain his hold over the deputy. The Sheriff was never capable of loving the deputy. That bond needed to be there before both of them were joined with a symbiote. Joe was a strong enough alpha and had a fatherly love for his son that he could resist. Tony's young lust out weighed his love for his father. I'm happy to see Vernon found Rugby Boy. My own twisted mind has thought about the three Variants creating a plant baby that's gigantic bloom could engulf Rugby Boy's entire body. Maybe it wouldn't create a new great one or greater one but a new hybrid with all three abilities. But that plant wouldn't work in the amazing garden we are strolling or sashaying through. Reading this section among others in this chapter did it for me. > Power. > > He was flexing and deep-breathing and thrusting and moaning – and he felt something slip down the slit of his cock. A wet vine, a flat-backed eel, a whisper-thin tentacle – it entered him. Something living slid inside – erotic and horrifying. He was so close. > > And this creature settled into his balls, swelling to full-size, weighing them down. He felt it trying to connect with him – rudimentary communication – emotional stimuli, images, as if it were discovering the pathway to language. > > I am. You. With I. Me. Us are. WE are. Together. > > The brink of orgasm. > > Join me. > > Ecstasy! > > Joyous, mind-numbing pleasure. Acceptance – rope after rope of cum – of godseed. > > We. Us. We are… > As I was about to cum this time and other times during this chapter the thought crossed my mind. "HAIL GREAT ABSMAN!"

> I think letting the characters retain their personality creates hope in the reader, even if it’s false hope, that the enslavement can somehow be reversed > Beyond that, there's a question of who to trust? If someone's a mindless drone, we pretty much know whose side they're on. If a character retains their personality, until they utter their allegiance, we don't know what they believe. It creates a layer of paranoia I like.
