Duuuuuuuuuude!!!!! DYLAN CAUSED HIS OWN DEMISE! DYLAN CAUSED EVERYONE ELSE'S DEMISE! That was such a clever twist! And it wasn't just a gimmick-y twist, it made total sense. There's just something so erotically sexy and arousing with the idea that Dylan was fully aware that he was sabotaging his own path to freedom but was utterly helpless to do so anyway. I do have one question, though. Is there a particular reason why certain individuals like Shawn and Chester can shake off the mind control at times while Dylan was completely unable to? Cuz even with glasses, Chester almost betrayed Todd. I'm not complaining with the outcome but I'm just curious if you planned it? I'm not sure if you ever established the rules of your mind control mechanics during your drafts, but does it have anything to do with intelligence? I do remeber Chester making a remark in the earlier chapters where he thought the resistance is related to ones intelligence. And it would make sense too, since Dylan just seem like an easy going, high surfer dude who probably doesnt have that much brain power. In any case, congratulations on finishing your story!

Like everyone else said, fantastic ending! One thing I wish we saw more of was the scene where Nathan reconditioned Joe's mind. I wanted to see that betrayal so bad. Like maybe Nathan would've pulverized that king piece that he created to give his free will back or something. Thats just a minor nitpick though. I can't wait for the multiverse to begin.

I agree with the "Maybe someday you can do a alternate world story were that happens and Todd ends up the slave of the rest of the guys~".

This was a great story! Even if I think Nathan should have won instead, since Todd was being a right dick. Maybe someday you can do a alternate world story were that happens and Todd ends up the slave of the rest of the guys~ But that's random thoughts, this was very well written and I can't wait to see more from you!

Haha, thanks for the explanation, Swizzington! Also when you frame Todd's loss of power that way, it does make it even more hot. I never thought to look at it that way. Its amazing how I can just appreciate this story more and more by the minute. You did a phenomenal job with this series! Great finale!

Such a contrast to your normally long historical dramas! Very nice idea - thank you!

Good questions! This was something I had thought about, and was thinking of explaining, and still might in the continuation. It just never came up. They can take their glasses off briefly and still be controlled. Usually 1-4 hours, depending on the strength of the telepath and the level of resistance shown by the victim. This obviously means showering is not a problem. In regards to sleep, the mind has to be awake and conscious for the programming to deteriorate, they can't actively resist when their mind is 'off'. So yes, this means they can take it off while sleeping also. They will wake up in the same 'controlled' state as when they fell asleep. And yeah, not only did Todd deserve to lose his powers, but I actually felt like, that made it hotter, too. Having these powerful telepaths being controlled by a 'normie', and only able to use their powers at his behest, made it more enjoyable for me, personally.

The story could've been darker? Interesting, I wouldve wanted to see that story. I enjoyed the ending actually, theres at least one satisfied fan here. I really wished that Todd didn't lose his power though. He needed some form of karma I suppose. Also, just a random thing thats been eating on me for a while, do all the puppets sleep with the glasses on? Its clearly states that the glasses is the thing keeping permanent control so does that mean they sleep with that, and better yet, do they take those things to the shower as well?

Damn, this is just masterfully done. And I don't just mean the sex -- the pacing and development was phenomenal! Personally I have a lot of trouble with pacing, so it's always inspiring to see someone get it right. And so succinctly -- truly, great job all around.
