I'm excited for the last two chapters and I can't wait to see how the story ends.

Ha ha, you really are the best, Swizzington dear! Only you would load a Chekhov's Gun (the green gas) and then have it misfire...and then still have Todd win with a "pity me" act. I think this chapter also does an excellent job at reaffirming why Todd is such a despicable human being: he genuinely doesn't see other people as people, just tools he can use for whatever he wants (Dylan may be a bit of a jerk, but his initial thoughts about the "permanent control" state were to help heal his brother's issues; Nathan isn't the nicest or kindest, but he shows affection toward Joe and Chester). Todd, contrariwise, has virtually no redeeming qualities--no empathy, no love, no desire to help people. He's an utter sociopath, and I do hope he gets his just deserts!

Todd's dethronement is writing on the wall and i am sad because I enjoy nefarious mind control as much as i like consensual mind control. the sheer fact that mind control subverts an individual's free will is a large component of mind control, and in anything less than totally freely consented to, that act, however benignly intended, is nefarious. therefore i am able to enjoy completely morally bent characters like Todd, who don't pretend that what they are doing is for a good reason. this is mind fuckery, it's dirty, immoral, and if you're going to go so far as to do it, you might as well go the whole way and do it for selfish purposes too. i live vicariously through the Todd characters of this site. mind controllers can be toppled, but as can be seen in other writers, often times the author needs to cheat for the protagonist to defeat the mind controller at all. it is not often that we see reasonable situations where the controller is subverted themselves. so while i am rooting for Todd, vindictive and fucked up asshole that he is, i enjoy your work where it makes sense that he could be defeated, or victorious.

I didn't find the writing *or* the plot up to the usually great Willie Cici standard.

^^Agree 100,000 percent. Just because Nathan is against Todd who is "the bad guy", doesn't make him a good guy by default. I'm actually quite disturbed at how nasty his words can get sometimes. You would think that Nathan would be a little more considerate since he probably endured being bullied in school and probably was an outcast at one point, but instead he's kind of a bully like Mike and Chester (minus the physical violence) to the point where he didnt want his friends to approach him on his first day. So what I'm saying is, he's no better than any of Todd's bullies and quite frankly, he is not that far behind from Todd, he also gets very possessive of Joe and acts very entitled in some ways too.

I actually dont like Nathan and Dylan because they are so judgmental about Todd.. If you really read closely, Nathan constantly trash talks on Todd to the point that I feel sorry for him. I mean he was the first person to not want Joe to make friends with his cousin and when he brings Todd up to his mom, he immediately trashes on him even before he found out about his mind controling powers. Dylan also sounds like a complete douche, looking down on his brother a lot. Its no wonder he turned out this way. i dont feel sorry for either of em and am looking forward to them getting their commupance

Very hot. I’m not usually into straight up hypnosis stories, but this is well written and very hot.
