I love it. When Writer's Worlds collide... This is the most amazingly fun, joyous POLLINATION tribute I could ever hope to read! Bring on the drones!

Yeah. I put in rubber drones. Did I go too far? Should I hang my head in shame? Have I become a cliché? Perhaps. I don't know. That's what this comment section is for. But I promise that I'm trying to stay true to the Pollination series. I told Absman that I had ideas, but they would differ from what he wrote. And he advised me to run with it. I promise that there's a reason behind the drones. For the last couple chapters, I've been hinting at a threat. So if we have a rapidly multiplying group of muscle men, then the threat against them has to be truly formidable. So this is all set up for the antagonist of my series. Trust me, I'm going somewhere with this. I will reveal that my inspiration of the Guardians came from the Maori haka. If you've ever watched a group of half naked Polynesian men do war dance, it can be both beautiful and intimidating. There's a difference between being the spectator and the enemy. Imagine being on the receiving end as the men launch their brutal assault on you. So I simply wanted to take the haka, and fetishize it in my rubbrsome way. Not sure that I succeeded. Oh well.

Rubber drones? Kinda unexpected, but given that it's in a rubbersome story... The plot thickens. I look forward to seeing if the rubber drones will triumph or the green warriors will. Thanks for the fast next chapter

Awful! I can't wait to see Jason take it all back! Why reward evil and sloth?

Of all places in the world to see referenced in a story like this, Tuxedo street... Small world. Loving this story so much!

This is a great companion piece to the original story and a great set of vignettes on its own. The period language and characterization is spot-on and make the story that much hotter. Love the idea of the snake oil salesmen corrupting all these young men against their will, without their knowledge.

Thank you all for the kind words and encouragement. I'm sorry that I was a little slow to produce this chapter. I've been a little sidetracked. Mainly, I'm about to beginning the process of moving. I won't move for a couple months. But in the meantime, I need to fix up my house so I can maximize how much I will list it for. In addition, I have to do the usual packing and what-not. So again, I apologize if I kept any eager readers waiting. But to reward you for patience, I just posted the next chapter. Hopefully it'll be available soon. But honestly, I don't know when I'll be able to get to Chapter 6. But hopefully I maintain the same level of quality that you all have come to expect of me.
