It was also sexy & enjoyable, I hope? I know my pacing / characterizations are different than some on this site. I really hoping you gents are enjoying it as sexy & intriguing. I’m very thankful for the analysis. You’re picking up on several themes I’m hinting at / investing in as we approach the final five chapters. This chapter was an exploration of what makes a human human, & how not immutable much of that is. In short, nothing is by accident here. I hope you will consider creating an account with this site. You put far too much work into your posts to just be ‘anon.’

@[Rock Creek Werewolf](/user/show/10002145) The scene between Tom and Yousef was erotic in it's execution, and I do think it showed the headiness of the dynamic between them- the give and take so to speak amidst their discussion. I think another thing I've been thinking about is also the fact that Zach's cousins if I remember correctly are buried on Yousef's property near the gym. If the weres just run off and if somebody winds up doing digging for renovations or construction and finds those bodies once the land is bought (unless they donate it to be a part of a park considering their old alpha was a park ranger)....that's probably not going to end well. Yousef had nothing to do with any of that and they did have to protect the others so they had to hide the evidence- I don't entirely blame them because if they were revealed to be weres they'd have all kinds of unwanted and possibly lethal attention on them- they did that to survive. But if that were to ever get revealed it would spell disaster on multiple counts. They already are still not entirely out of the woods yet with legal proceedings so this would potentially make things worse. However, the case is closed so they might be safe- but cold cases have been opened up before. The only thing that would save them likely is the fact that the idea of werewolves doesn't make any sense and it's likely the causes of death on those bodies would look like being mangled by wolves- they could spin the whole situation as being an accident but it's a shaky situation. To be fair, I don't blame the pack for offing them entirely because it was their safety at risk- and were society is more brutal when it comes to maintaining that. But it shouldn't have gotten to that point in the first place, and it could have been avoided if Mullins wasn't so reckless. And that's not considering Zach coming along and potentially providing evidence, though this is likely rare- honestly considering Toddson I genuinely think and fear Zach might not even be in his right mind anymore. Nando clearly was freaked out by him. Though if he does ever regain his sanity and gets away from Toddson I could easily see him seeking out vengeance for what happened to his cousins to some extent- probably not through the law but through werewolf style lone wolf retaliation. In truth, I honestly do blame Mullins for a some amount of the current situation. He was a human and knew how difficult becoming one was and as a law enforcement officer knew how capable law enforcement can be- and then proceeded to get reckless anyway. Though in truth, the general idea that weres have of being able to just ignore anything human and it'll all be fine I suspect is going to bite them hard eventually, as I've said before. They've been getting really lucky so far and that I feel is going to run out eventually. Especially considering that FBI agent is running around- and the FBI does have access to cadaver hounds/blood hounds. It would be hard to justify, but if he could get a pair and wander round the property the weres are going to be in big trouble. So far, it's likely the agent may not do that, but he could very well do it- though he likely won't as it seems the case on Zach's cousins is likely angling to be closed. But you have said you have a plan here- and that nothing is by accident. I look forward to seeing how all these various threads in the story converge and meet their conclusions.
