I just read this again and realized it is, indeed, an outline for a novel. Maybe a prologue showing Chiron saving Pholus' essence? A few moments scattered about where Pholus feels Chiron's call? It could work very well. As I've said before, I already have an antagonist in mind.... If it's not obvious, there's a couple of literary influences on this story. The Anne Rice VAMPIRE novels, obviously, but also the wonderful novel JITTERBUG PERFUME, by Tom Robbins. Robbins is one of my favorite writers -- his freedom and playfulness with language continues to amaze me -- if you've not read him, start there.

Wow, that was really hot. Love the freaky, body-horror elements particularly! Hope there will be more to follow.

I am just loving each new installment of this story! All the stuff with Tommy and Dick reinforcing each other's hypnotic training was so hot!

> You’ve conflated the architect Frank Lloyd Wright with the composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. > That's embarrassing. I fixed it immediately -- thanks for the eyes! (Although, to be fair, I wouldn't use the word "composer" to describe ALW...)

a thrilling conclusion! all it's missing is a post-credits scene: "the collector will return in... The Collector 2"

> Erotic, romantic, fascinating, and very well written! > Thank you! I wasn't sure how this story was going to be received -- like our narrator, I was concerned about the plot being episodic rather than linear (I was trying to make it feel mythological) and of course the thing is jamb-packed with symbols. And of course, I always beat myself up when a story is tell, not show. If I illustrated every dramatic beat of this story, it would be a novel. (And we wouldn't get Chiron until at least 2/3 of the way through it!) Still, I'm glad you liked it. I could easily revisit this world -- I have an adversary in mind! -- but we'll see what happens.
