@[Male-meat-suit](/user/show/10046570) I'm not abandoning anything. I was able to do a lot when I was on break. Now I'm back to work and dealing with some things. But I am working on the next chapter. Hopefully it will be done soon.

I am so glad to be wrong on my assumptions. And this chapter had a couple of twists. Seeing Ernst getting made irrelevant was rich. And the toilet visualization was poetic. And then Hank! I so glad to see Hank back. What a character! This story just keeps me wanting more. Though if Hank has 'retired' from the super villian role; what will be do with H-3 then? Or react and respond to the whole situation outside of the prison. Though Nick is definitely reaching a scary place of power. He has Ernst's knowledge. the stolen serum. And he knows that powers can become permanent and evolve as seen with Lee. Just how he is going to put his pieces together and make his own moves will be epic. But also conflicting with his current 'status' with Kurt. The question on who really is in control there is up for grabs. Yet despite all the action I like the further character development. Seeing Lee question and consider his relationship with Joe is both comforting and refreshing. I suspect they will need each other more as I suspect they likely lost their fight when the crawlers swarmed.

@[Marik29](/user/show/10021139) Thank you! It was certainly a risk to set up **Tri-Hard** as the bad guy again,... _twice_,... but now I can safely say that neither 'Nick' nor **H-3**/Hank is anything like the original. Everyone is **Tri-Hard**, but nobody is,... Funny story regarding Hank's comments on retirement; I was planning to do a [What if,...] where he says "No thanks!" and shuts **H-3** down on the spot. Hank would then hand him over to the heroes as a 'good will' gift to speed up his own release back into doing what he enjoys, changing the dynamics around completely. In the end, I decided against it as it kinda deflates the whole situation. Even though it let the other villains shine more, in theory, that would also diminish their roles in other routes. So, instead, we'll just have to see what happens,...

@[Blazargus](/user/show/10012784) Then I am glad you took that risk. Removing Ernst and bringing back Hank was the right call. Hank is such a more dynamic and compelling character to put it mildly. And this also makes him a wild card in the story with many options. He could recreate his business of training and making pups and slaves. He would have a lot of tech to help with that. And some heroes to boot. He could become some sort of anti-hero or villian. Or even switches sides and becomes the head of a new hero corp. with rubber uniforms. And so on.

Enjoyed it, especially when Captain and authorities are enslaved. Love your work overall.

@[bmax](/user/show/2153521) Thanks for enjoying my story. Yeah ... the best part is when they're enslaved. I thought it would be a nice irony when the hunters become the hunted.
