Hypnothrill: you're welcome to the Limbaugh idea. I never wrote it because I anticipated just this kind of backlash.

Great start, and I can't wait to read more! But I do find it hilarious that the hairy middle-aged neighbor is named "Rogan." What's his last name, "Manoxidil"?

Guys that's enough now. This site is not for political discussions. There are many other sites where you can fight over Kavanaugh or whatever other topic, but this is nit the place. I don't want to censor, but I will delete any comment which doesn't refer to the story at hand at all or is targeted at anyone on this site (commenter or author). We're all just Gays with some kinks and even though our political views might differ, we should be able to get along reasonably well here, ok?

You do a fantastic job with creating scenes that are really easy to visualize and place the reader in, I couldn't help but lose track of time reading that one. :]

Gay Reps aren't evil. I don't I'm evil to say the least. I rather enjoyed the story to some degree, Hypnothrill makes great stories

No, that is incorrect. The witnesses said they had no recollection of the party. That is **much** different than denying that they were at the party. It makes sense that they would forget this party and that someone who was sexually assaulted would remember it. In fact, one of the witnesses who said she does not recall the party says she believes the accuser's story. That would not be possible if this witness denied being there as well.

*sees conservatives being idiots as usual, restrains self from responding, whispers to self over and over:* don't get into a political argument in the comment section of a gay porn site, don't get into a political argument in the comment section of a gay porn site, don't get into a political argument in the comment section of a gay porn site...

furthermore to the person who said not make it political I'm afraid it was expected when it was written like this way past "let's not politicize"

we also know that all of the witnesses Ford brought forth denied that they were there. besides subjective view of behavior there is no real evidence that convinces me. I wish she could bring something more so I feel more comfortable believing her. on another note: what the hell? Gay conservatives exist, we have a different political ideology for example I'm more conservative when it comes to economics but a set moderate with social issues. just because we have different political ideologies doesn't mean we are evil as someone pointed out, like seriously. the more I see LGBT go against their conservative/Republican counter parts the more I don't want to engage in conversation with them.

To the commentor 2 posts up: it's not possible to come to a conclusive answer but let's look at what we know. **The accuser** - Nothing to gain coming forward, everything to lose (had to relocate, death threats etc...) - Appeared very credible as she told her story, dates and where she lived lined up with knowing and being at a party with the nominee (the point here being it wasn't a woman pulled off the street - her life matches up) - Answered all questions at the hearing - Her details of the event match up with the science that we know regarding memory. She was able to detail things she was expected to remember and she didn't know/forgot things that she wasn't expected to remember (such as how she got to and how she left the party). A lying witness likely would "over-tell" their story by being too detailed. The accuser's story was consistent with someone telling the truth. - The accuser passed a polygraph test (they are not conclusive, but in conjunction with the rest of the evidence it is telling). - Was willing and encouraged further investigation by the FBI **The SC Nominee** - Has a huge promotion on the line - Was evasive and did not answer many questions during the hearing - Lied at the hearing regarding the accuser's witnesses - He said they refuted her story when they said they did not remember the party. This is a huge difference ("What the accuser said is NOT true" vs "I don't recall the party the accuser is referencing"). And of course these witness statements make sense as the event in question was not a significant moment in the witnesses' lives. - Lied (or appeared to lie) about things written in his yearbook. His definition of "boofing", "Devil's Triangle" and "FFFFFFFourth of July" conflicted with interviews of the nominee's former classmates. - Did not (would not?) take a polygraph test - Would not agree to a further investigation by the FBI
