Absman420 here again! Not that I want to turn this into a MILK MAN thread, but I had a lot more fun writing its sequel, MILK MAN 2 (I’ll supply a link if you want the stories.)

I’m glad you’ve waited to start writing bears now that we’re here. Your work was always good to jack off to. Perverse and sexy. Here you took those elements, and the elements and themes of City of Bears, and you took it somewhere else. There was still some sexiness and of course a bit of perversion, but it was also thoughtful. You didn’t just utilize or subvert shame for thrills to a climax or to state an indictment of humanity. This was bittersweet and felt sincere in tone. Relatable, unique, and human all while still feeling like it belonged with what was previously there. The ways you’ve grown as a writer over the past decade is impressive. So thank you very much for sharing.

Brilliant! I love growth and rejuvenation stories. I also remember your "MilkMan" series - one of the most compelling scenarios I've ever read, even to this day! Thank you for this!

A great story - thank you. A small typo in the 'did you take drugs?' conversation where it says 'cock' instead of 'coke' as I think you intended.

This. Is. INCREDIBLE! I enjoyed the original City of Bears stories (to an extent—daddies aren’t my type—so it was more about the transformations, but this is a whole new level. The writing about the nature of change, the longing for stability, and forgetting the deepest parts of yourself is poetic and beautiful (the lines about every stranger being a lover and every lover a future stranger particularly got me), and it feels like the story is making a statement about the gay community as a whole. In short...brilliant. Well done...

Amazing (and amazingly hot) story! Love the depiction of lean perfectionist to muscle zombie. And I also want to say that your description of hoodoo spirits is spot on—the whole idea of them not being fully controllable by people on this plane, and doing as they please. Well done! :D
