Like so many titles, "Brave New World" originated in Shakespeare ("O wonder! / How many goodly creatures are there here! / How beauteous mankind is! O Brave New World / That has such people in it. -- The Tempest) Given the theme of this story--creating a goodly critter one man at a time--it does fit.

On a quick interesting note, the phrase "brave new world" comes from a famous 1930's dystopian future novel which is related closely George Orwell's 1984 and Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451. It seems a little out of place in the thumbnail for this story.

What gets me is there are plenty of other stories on here that feature weight gain in a positive light but you guys don't yell about them. It's only when a story proclaims itself as a "body acceptance" story that you guys start yapping and trolling.

So glad you mentioned that--"Making the Band" was one of my inspirations for this story!

Excited for this story: Making the Band by DannyDaLionKing is one of my favorite MC stories, and the concept of a hypnotic band reminds me of it. Mass hypnosis scenes/stories will never not be hot

I hope that everyone makes informed decisions regarding their personal health, but that said fantasy is fantasy, so as long as it's not breaking any rules, stories like this belong here.
